Terms and Conditions regarding this website, 'LawCom', 'Kitsune', ‘Fox-Bot’, the ‘Fox-Bot logo’, ‘Foxxie Productions’

PURPOSE

The purpose of these terms of use (the “Terms”) is to define the terms and conditions of use applicable to the users (a “User”, “Features User” “you” or “your”), when using our software application (bot) running automated tasks over Discord (the “Bot” or “Fox-Bot”), our application remain the property of Foxxie Productions/ LawCom and its Creator.

Upon adding ‘Fox-Bot’ to Discord Servers, you are agreeing to the T&C. The ‘Fox-Bot’ application and the ‘Fox-Bot’ head logo remain the property of Foxxie Productions and its Creator.

Definitions

Bot (also knows as an application) refers to ‘Fox-Bot’ or ‘Fox-Bot#7991’

Creator (Brad Law) refered to as 'I', ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Foxxie Productions’, 'LawCom', ‘Foxxie’.

Service refers to any output of Kitsune / LawCom or Foxxie Productions (including this website and the application ‘Fox-Bot’). We are not responsible for any other program or service that claims to be affiliated with us.

Disclosure

Fox-Bot does not reflect the personal attitudes of LawCom, Foxxie Productions, or its Creator. Fox-Bot is designed for fun and LawCom and Foxxie Productions are not a full time projects. LawCom and Foxxie Productions are the names for the projects I have. In the future these may be businesses.

This Website may use cookies to store information about users. These cookies are NOT stored by Us/ LawCom/ Foxxie Productions. Any Cookies and data relating to this Website are collected by Blogger.com, NOT LawCom or Foxxie Productions.

Changes to these Terms

LawCom/ Foxxie Productions/ Kitsune reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, the Creator will appropriately inform the User of these changes.
Such changes will only affect the relationship with the User for the future.
The continued use of the Service will signify the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms. If Users do not wish to be bound by the changes, they must stop using Fox-Bot and the features and accessing the
platform. Failure to accept the revised Terms, may entitle either party to terminate the contractual relationship.

Scraping

Adopting any automated process to extract, harvest or scrape information, data and/or content from Fox-Bot and all the digital properties thereto related unless where explicitly allowed to do so by the Owner;

Language

These are concluded in the English language (EN), and Welsh (CY), however this website and all Fox-Bot commands utilise modern standard English. There may be some exceptions where this website and Fox-Bot may ‘use’ alternatives such as Welsh (CY). The English language (EN) is also officially used across all LawCom and Foxxie Production products.

Agreement

By using this website, you are agreeing to the terms and policies of this document. By adding Fox-Bot or any LawCom, Kitsune or Foxxie Productions product to your server/ guild, or using any of our services, you are acknowledging and consenting to the policies in this document. If you do not agree to the terms in this document, you must remove Fox-Bot from your server(s)/guild(s).
