  Discord discontinues Clyde Bot   18 NOVEMBER 2023 Discord has announced that it plans to pull its AI chat-bot Clyde. The social media platform announced that it's chat-bot Clyde will be deactivated at the end of the month (November, 2023). In a statement released yesterday by Discord, they said, " Clyde will be deactivated  at the end of the month. By December 1st, 2023, users will no longer be able to invoke Clyde in DMs, or server chats. Thank you for your support & feedback - we are constantly working on bringing  you new features and experiences!" The news comes following Discord's rapid changes to the social media platform and the way it generates income.   Mushroom.gg suffers data breach leaving 28M users exposed    03 DECEMBER 2023 (upDated) Mushroom.gg, one of the largest bots on Discord, has allegedly leaked sensitive user information. Mushroom, a popular Discord bot created in 2020, is alleged to have exposed sensitive user data in a recent data breach. The alleged data breach, which is said to have exposed an estimated 28 million Discord users information, 5 million guild/server entries, as well as leaking over 6,000 user email addresses. Cyber-security data analyst ( stealing.info ), reported that the sensitive data, which was reportedly made public on 28th February 2023 for a test server, was not password protected leading to the data to be visible online.
