Developers of 'Genshin Impact' have unveiled significant plans to upgrade visuals in the forthcoming Version 5.0 update.
The developers of the popular anime action-adventure game, Genshin Impact, have unveiled plans for a significant upgrade in visuals and functions in future game updates.
In an official blog post, developers disclosed their intention of "upgrading the overall visuals and functions of the game."
Genshin Impact has always been praised for its stunning visuals by Players, being nominated at the Game Awards in 2022, and 2023.
While efforts will be made to maintain the minimum device requirements for Version 5.0, adjustments will be necessary for certain models. Notably, devices equipped with processors such as A12 for iOS, Snapdragon 865 for Android, and PlayStation 4 Series consoles will undergo alterations.
The visual overhaul, though promising a more immersive gaming experience, will result in higher performance requirements on current platforms.
Currently, Genshin Impact is in the first phase of Version 4.6, with the second phase scheduled to commence on May 14th.
This next phase will introduce new character banners featuring the reruns of Wanderer, who was initially released in 2022, and Baizhu, alongside a host of events including Windtrace.
